Bushel & Peck is the new café located inside Mill City Museum in the trendy downtown east neighborhood of Minneapolis. Built into the ruins of what was once the world’s largest flour mill, Mill City Museum and the Mississippi riverfront area offer a rich history of agriculture and flour milling. Bushel & Peck pays tribute to this heritage, offering diners a culinary experience that combines farm-fresh, locally sourced ingredients and homemade grains that would make the flour millers & bakers of yore proud.
