WELCOME TO CHAPLAINS ON THE WAY Chaplains on the Way believes that no person experiencing homelessness in Waltham should feel they have to walk alone. We live out our mission by building trusting relations with those experiencing homelessness, living in deep poverty, and dealing with mental health and/or substance use challenges. We provide a ministry of spiritual care, listening, community building and companionship through life’s struggles and triumphs.
