This list might seem short. That's because there's really only two affixes that change every week - Xal'atath's Bargain and which dungeon buff you get first, Tyrannical or Fortified. Challenger's Peril always shows up at 7, either Fortified or Tyrannical shows up at 10 (whichever one you didn't get first), and Xal'atath's Guile always appears at 12.
